I'm Ronan. In short - a cloud technology consultant, with a broad range of experience and aptitude. I help organisations ship and run critical platforms with clear decision-making, sensible scope, and delivery that stands up in the real world.

My edge is technical communication: translating business need into technical requirements, then turning that into plans, controls, and outcomes teams can deliver. I make risk, opportunity, and trade-offs legible for execs.

I work across Azure and AWS with a bias for IaC (Terraform/OpenTofu), GitOps and CI/CD, and pragmatic monitoring (Grafana, Datadog, Splunk). I also coach teams: training juniors, lifting delivery maturity, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
